Training in automotive technology is designed to give the students skills and technical knowledge to prepare them for entrance into the automotive field. The automotive technology program is accredited by the National Automotive Technicians Education Foundation (NATEF). Instruction is provided through hands-on training with computerized diagnostic equipment, alignment racks, and other modern tools to diagnose, service, and repair automobiles. Throughout the course, students prepare to take the ASE certifying examinations.
SPECIAL NOTICE: Based on industry requirements, students should hold a valid driver’s license and maintain a good driving record. Class hours are Monday - Friday from 7:45 to 2:15.
